Science Olympiad: NEBRASKA SCIENCE OLYMPIAD TOURNAMENT 2025


 

                            Welcome to the 2025 Nebraska Science Olympiad Tournament!

                                                         Saturday April 26, 2025

 

Still hosted by the University of Nebraska Lincoln on their East Campus, but sponsored by the 

University of Nebraska Omaha's STEM TRAIL Center for the first time. We are honored to support

the STEM talent in Nebraska's youth.

 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Registration 7:00 a.m. -  7:45 a.m.

Opening Ceremony 7:45 a.m. -  8:15 a.m.

Impound 8:15 a.m. -  8:35 a.m.

Competition 8:35 a.m. -  3:00 p.m.

Guest Speaker 4:00 p.m. -  5:00 p.m.

Awards Ceremony 5:00 p.m. (tentatively) 

 

Checking Into the Tournament (Registration)

  • -Middle School Coaches will check into the tournament on the 3rd floor of the Student Union.
  • -High School Coaches will check into the tournament in the lobby of Hardin Hall.
  • -Coaches with BOTH a Middle School and High school to check into the 3rd floor of the Student Union.

 

Opening Ceremony, Guest Speaker, and the Awards Ceremony Location

  • -Middle Schools* are in the Great Plains Room in the Union
  • -High Schools are in Hardin Auditorium in Hardin Hall
  •  

*Middle School Teams are asked to have two students participate in the Parade of Teams and bring

a school banner or a sign. Your two students will line up outside of the Great Plaines Room before the 

Opening Ceremony.
