Welcome to the 2026 Nebraska Science Olympiad Tournament!

                                                                   TRIAL EVENTS

The state tournament will feature 6 Trial Events.  While these events are primarily for students who are not

on their school's main competition team, but all students are welcome to participate. These events are for both

the middle school (Division B) and the high school (Division C). The same rules will be used for both divisions, but awards are earned separately for each division.

The 6 events are :

Aerial Scramble

Botany

Bridge

Horizontal Balloon Rocket Race

Periodic Table

Ping Pong Parachute
